From "Am I?" to "I Am"
3 days to stop asking if you're ready and start declaring you are
A few years ago, I accidentally stumbled onto something that changed how I show up for everything. I was writing down questions about my future—”Am I ready? Am I good enough? Am I capable?”—when my dyslexia kicked in and flipped the words around. Suddenly I wasn’t asking anymore. I was declaring. “I am ready. I am good enough. I am capable.” The shift was instant. Questions kept me stuck waiting for permission. Declarations gave me the keys.
Over the next three days, you’re going to make that same shift. From asking to declaring. From hoping to doing. From “Am I?” to “I Am.” It’s simple, a little weird, and it works. You’ll recreate the accident that changed my life, build a daily system that makes it stick, and create an environment that reminds you who you’ve decided to be.
Let’s go.
Day 1: The Happy Accident
